Terms
Clear project expectations.
Final scope, pricing, payment schedule, delivery details, and support terms are confirmed in writing before paid work begins.
Are starting prices final quotes?
No. Starting prices are planning ranges. Final pricing depends on pages, dashboard complexity, data cleanup, integrations, timeline, content needs, and revision scope.
What controls the project scope?
The written proposal or project agreement controls the scope, deliverables, timeline, revision expectations, payment schedule, and handoff plan.
What is included in 90 days of support?
Launch support includes bug fixes, reasonable questions, handoff help, and small post-launch adjustments. New features, larger redesigns, and new integrations are quoted separately.
Are demos examples or client work?
Demos are examples with sample data and generic business details. They show what can be built and customized, not private client systems.
Are third-party costs included?
Domains, hosting, email, paid plugins, stock assets, payment processors, subscriptions, and other third-party costs are separate unless included in the written proposal.
Are results guaranteed?
TownPilot builds practical websites, forms, dashboards, and systems, but does not guarantee search rankings, sales, lead volume, revenue, or third-party platform outcomes.
