Are the products fully customizable?
Yes. Websites, dashboards, trackers, financial views, and business systems are customized around the customer's brand, content, services, workflow, data fields, visual preferences, and handoff needs.
What can be customized?
Page structure, colors, copy, images, service packages, dashboard metrics, table columns, form fields, workflow stages, status labels, owner roles, and handoff notes can all be adjusted to fit the customer.
What do the demo products represent?
Demo products show possible structures and interaction patterns. The example themes and data are placeholders for preview, then the finished build is shaped around the customer's real business details.
Can you match my existing brand?
Yes. Existing colors, fonts, logos, tone, service names, and customer language can be used when available. If the brand needs refinement, the build can include a polished visual direction.
Can the dashboards use my actual spreadsheet or report fields?
Yes. Discovery can review current spreadsheets, reports, request lists, or exported data so the dashboard uses the fields and labels the business already understands.
Do you build only one-page websites?
No. A one-page website can be a focused first phase, and the site can expand into service pages, pricing pages, FAQ pages, quote pages, galleries, or other sections when the business needs them.
Can you create a private team portal or internal dashboard?
Yes. Internal portals, dashboards, workload trackers, request views, and resource hubs can be planned around the team's roles, review cadence, and recurring decisions.
Will I be able to request changes after the first version?
Yes. Revisions can be included in the project scope, and monthly support is available for ongoing content changes, reporting updates, small improvements, and new sections.
Do you offer fixed checkout products?
Projects begin with discovery and a custom written proposal so the scope fits the customer's exact needs. After agreement, the client receives a custom deposit checkout link or invoice.
What is the payment schedule?
The standard workflow is 50% deposit to begin and 50% final payment before launch, delivery, or handoff.
Can you work with my existing website, spreadsheet, or dashboard?
Yes. Existing sites, spreadsheets, reports, and tools can be reviewed during discovery to decide whether to refresh, rebuild, or create a cleaner companion system.
Are hosting, domains, plugins, or paid tools included?
Third-party costs are billed separately unless specifically included in the written proposal.
Do you deploy to Netlify?
Static sites can be prepared for Netlify, but deployment, domain connection, and live forms happen only after approval.
